Lavender Dirty chai latte
Iced Lavender Dirty Chai Lattes are becoming increasingly popular at various coffee shops; in fact, it's a favorite for two of our staff members. The sweet lavender chai syrup blended with the aroma of lavender enhances the traditional latte into an amazingly, floral iced coffee drink.
ingredients you'll need:
Serving Size: 1
- Lavender Latte
- 1 cup of Master BLK™ Cold Brew
- 1/4 cup of Soy Milk (or milk of choice)
- 2 tablespoons of Lavender Syrup
- Lavender Syrup
- 1/4 cup of Dried Lavender Petals
- 1/2 cup of Sugar
- 1/2 cup + 3 tablespoons of Water
how to make it:
To make the Lavender Syrup, add 1/2 cup of water and 1/4 cup of dried lavender petals to a sauce pan and boil for approximately 3 minutes.
Remove saucepan from heat and let it steep for 20 minutes before straining out the flowers.
Use a clean saucepan and add the 1/2 cup of sugar plus the 3 tablespoons of water.
Bring to a boil and continuously stir mixture until sugar is dissolved. Let it simmer for 3 minutes before adding in the lavender mixture.
Whisk the two mixtures until both are fully combined and then remove from heat.
Now you can start on the Lavender Latte by adding 2 tablespoons of the lavender syrup in a glass with ice.
Pour in the 1 cup of Master BLK™ Cold Brew and top it with your soy milk.
